We strive to maintain 99.5% service availability for the DormBill system, excluding scheduled maintenance.

2. Data Management:

Customer data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input.

3. Support:

Basic email support is provided during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM PHT). Response times may vary.

4. Subscription Term & Payment:

The subscription is valid for one (1) year from the date of activation. Payment is due annually. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability:

Trigonsystems.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of DormBill.

6. Acceptance:
